TCH Furniture recently exhibited in Hall 4, Stand No. B60 at the annual Interiors Show 2010, NEC Birmingham and are very much emphasising the fact that they are a “Furniture Manufacturer” with three factories in the eastern European country of Lithuania.
TCH are aiming in 2010 to create more variety for the consumer not only in the ranges they produce and the number of different pieces in each range, but TCH are working hard to create more finishes to all the product lines including oiled, lacquered, weathered, oak finishes, painted finishes, and a chestnut finish that already is proving very popular in some fairly established models that have traditionally sold well in oiled only oak finishes.
We have been working very hard at trying to bring more choice to our covers for the seating, more choice for handles, as well as the different finishes, we really do want to bring back the days of consumer choice from our collections says sales director Paul Duggan. We all agree here that the days of “it’s a brown leather seat or a plain linen” are starting to wear a bit thin and although this may be a safe bet if you are importing containers, it doesn’t really make the consumer visiting a store feel very inspired, and we believe this element of choice is becoming more and more in demand.
Everyone here at TCH both in the UK and at the factories in Lithuania understands the need for total quality control and in-time delivery, “many of us here at TCH are very aware of the importance of this” confirmed Duggan. “ Having good commercial products is not enough, they have to be delivered on time and they have to be to a standard, and on the occasions you get it wrong you have to put it right as soon as possible, and that is what 2009 was all about, and on the whole we managed to achieve what we set out to do.
On the stand this year, we introduced Merlot dining and bedroom, and some subtle changes and additions to the Versailles range including some interesting painted colours and finishes. Everyone at TCH would like to extend their thanks to all new and existing customers for their continued support throughout 2009 and we look forward to developing our relationship with you all in 2010.
